TableSat

TableSat provides independent restaurants with direct bookings, menus and front-of-house operations for a flat monthly price without per-cover fees. Staff can organize tables into sections, set seat counts, seat walk-ins, manage a waitlist and track turns and sellable gaps through the night. Guests can book through a public page and provide allergies, access needs and seating preferences. The menu builder supports multiple languages, allergen tags, public indexable menu pages and QR codes for menus, bookings and a link hub. Groups can manage multiple locations from one account, with separate floors and team-member roles. Approved private-event bookings appear in a connected Google Calendar and stay synchronized as bookings change. The admin is a responsive website for phones and tablets; the maker says there is no app. The Free plan costs nothing and includes a public profile menu page and email support, but not online bookings. Starter costs $49 a month, billed $49 / location · month, and includes one location, reservations, walk-ins, floor plan and table assignment, a booking page and team access. Growth costs $99 a month, billed $99 / location · month; advanced reporting, automated guest messaging/CRM and a multi-location dashboard are marked as coming features.
