Litify
Litify is an AI-native legal platform for law firms and corporate legal departments. Its core casework covers client intake, matter and document management, time and billing, legal spend management, and reporting and analytics. Configurable workflows and AI agents can handle background tasks and recommend next steps using role, conversation, and case-file context. No-code reports and dashboards track case performance, team productivity, and revenue generation. Litify ACE is available in a browser, through a Chrome extension, or as a mobile-phone shortcut. It connects with iManage, Google Drive, and SharePoint, allowing users to search, cite, and act on external material in a conversation. The platform lists integrations such as RingCentral, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Outlook, and NetDocuments. Litify says its AI does not train on customer data and produces source-traceable outputs; it has completed SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits.
