Lobbytrack
Lobbytrack is a visitor management system for registering and checking in guests, screening them, printing badges, and tracking who is on site during evacuations. Visitors can use a kiosk QR code to complete registration on their own phones. The Lobby App can ask health, safety, or compliance questions and block sign-in when configured criteria are not met; it can also scan driver-license barcodes to fill registration forms. Staff can receive host and security notifications, and watchlist integrations with MK Data and Data Diver can flag matches against watchlists and criminal databases. The online platform works in a browser, alongside mobile apps for lobby staff, employees, and security guards. Listed integrations include Brivo, Openpath, S2, Microsoft Active Directory, Eventleaf, Zapier, Okta, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Lobbytrack is available on Android, iOS, web, and Windows. The company says it is PCI DSS 4.0.1 compliant and audited regularly by SecurityMetrics; ISO/IEC 27001 certification is in progress. The Starter plan is free for up to 100 visitors per month. Basic costs $50 a month per location.
