In their own words
Locus Fee Management
Locus Fee Management helps schools organize fee structures, collections, student dues, receipts, and payment history. It is built for CBSE, ICSE, and State Board institutions. Schools can set monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or one-time schedules tied to the academic session, then apply fixed-amount or percentage-based concessions and student-specific adjustments. Listed payment modes include UPI QR, cash, debit or credit card, net banking, and cheque or demand draft. Once a payment is recorded, Locus generates a digital receipt and retains it in the student’s fee history. It tracks outstanding and overdue balances with student-wise and class-wise breakdowns. Parents can receive fee reminders and payment updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Payment transactions may use aggregators including Razorpay, Cashfree, and PayU. The product is available through web portals and Android and iOS apps. Locus says records are protected by AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, with automated daily backups and role-based access controls. Pricing is not published; schools can request a custom quote and book a demo.
