Session replay shows clicks and scrolls, with filters by segment or funnel step. AI Agent Lia can answer product-data questions, analyze feedback, and build guides from prompts. Web installation is available through JavaScript, Segment, or Google Tag Manager; the Mobile SDK supports native iOS and Android engagement and several cross-platform frameworks. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Intercom, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, webhooks, and HTTP APIs.
