LOIS
LOIS is a web-based lease accounting and management platform that combines finance and property data. It automates lease calculations, modifications, amortisation and depreciation schedules, journals, disclosures, and period-end reconciliations. Compliance automation covers IFRS 16, AASB 16, FRS 102, and FASB ASC 842, with IAS 17 reporting available for comparison. LOIS says it manages portfolios from 30 to more than 10,000 leases across equipment, vehicles, and property. Property teams can track rent reviews, expiries, and lease events, group leases and outgoings by site, and compare costs by square metre. Fleet tools bulk-load lease data and flag price changes, CPI adjustments, extensions, scope reductions, and terminations for review. Journal exports and a managed API connect with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TechnologyOne, and Xero. Controls include approval workflows, configurable hierarchy and security, audit tracking, and journal review and locking before ERP posting. The cloud service offers local data hosting, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and GDPR compliance. Pricing is on request and scoped by portfolio and services.

Planon provides an IoT-enabled Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) for organizations managing real estate, space, workplace services, assets, maintenance, energy, and sustainability.
