In their own words
Loop Logics
Loop Logics is a cloud construction management platform for insurance builders, restoration companies, commercial builders and trade contractors in Australia and New Zealand. It connects work from claim intake to final settlement, bringing quoting, project delivery, field operations, compliance and financial reporting into one workflow. Schedules, documents, compliance records and stakeholder messages are centralized with real-time job visibility. Quotes can use pricebooks and damage-type templates, then become active jobs after approval. Completed scope items can produce insurer-ready invoices, with integrations for Xero, MYOB and NetSuite. The field app provides schedules, job details, forms, photos, notes and timesheets, including offline use, and requires an active account. The responsive platform runs on desktop, tablet and mobile through Android, iOS and web. Compliance covers SWMS, JSAs, inductions, sign-offs and QA with timestamped audit trails. Loop Logics says it supports multifactor authentication, Australian privacy requirements and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
RoomLens Pro
RoomLens Pro is a restoration operations platform for Canadian restoration companies, managing jobs from intake through a signed certificate. Its 15-step workflow follows an IICRC-compliant sequence, opens steps in order, and documents actions. Lyla, its AI assistant, can draft Work Authorization documents and 24-hour reports, analyze damage photos, and guide field teams through job steps. XactAnalysis assignments can become jobs automatically, while call-center SMS leads appear in a dashboard with an SLA countdown. Work Authorizations can be signed in kiosk mode, by e-signature, or through an SMS link; the signed PDF is saved to the job file. The platform tracks pre- and post-demolition moisture readings, daily drying logs, and IICRC S500 drying goals. It lists compatibility with Aviva Canada and Intact Insurance and says it is Xactimate ready. Starter costs $249 a month for up to 50 jobs and five team members; Pro costs $549 a month with unlimited jobs and eight team members. Both plans include a 14-day trial; there is no free plan.
