In their own words
Loop Returns
Loop Returns is a self-service portal for automating ecommerce returns, from applying a brand’s policies through resolving a return. Brands can set rules by region, warehouse, and product, then present exchanges or incentives as alternatives to refunds. Loop Intelligence flags unusual return activity for teams to assess for possible fraud. Shipping options include global carrier integrations, point-of-sale drop-off, and box-free returns through partners such as Happy Returns. Loop lists integrations with 120+ Shopify apps, including Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Attentive, and provides API and webhook connections for return data in third-party systems. The service supports web and API use. A free Checkout+ plan is listed; Essential starts at $155 a month, and Advanced at $340 a month. Loop describes itself as SOC 2 certified, says stored data is encrypted at rest with AES-256, and says its practices adhere to regulations including GDPR and CCPA. It advertises 24/5 support, an average response time under two hours, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
ReturnPro
ReturnPro provides web-based returns management software, reverse supply chain services and ReCommerce for retailers, brands and third-party sellers. Its returns decisions combine external, client and internal data with machine learning to identify a profitable route for each returned item. A customer portal supports return initiation, instant refunds and exchanges, store credits, incentives and keep-it services. Fraud tools identify anomalies, abuse, wardrobing and shipping fraud using customer profiling and product analysis. Retailers, vendors and brands can use Vendor Policy Hub to manage policies, disposition decisions, settlements and disputes; ReturnOps is a no-code, drag-and-drop workflow builder. Transportation services include more than 100 discounted parcel and freight carrier integrations, consolidation, zone-skipping and cross-border tools. ReCommerce can list returned, overstock and distressed inventory on original channels, ReturnPro marketplaces and more than 20 integrated marketplaces. Free Shopify Seller and Walmart Seller plans each allow their named connector, up to 1,000 monthly returns and five users. Marketplace Seller costs $29.99 a month; additional users cost $10. Exceeding a monthly return limit moves an account to the next tier for the rest of that month, and supply chain and ReCommerce services are charged separately.
