Loopio
Loopio is a paid web and API platform for teams answering RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, DDQs, security questionnaires, and other customer questions. Teams import and organize questions, then use Loopio to fill answers into documents or web portals. Its Response Intelligence is purpose-built AI trained with more than a decade of response data and best practices. The platform connects with organizational sources such as SharePoint, Google Drive, and websites. Listed integrations include Copilot, Confluence, Glean, OneDrive, Box, Microsoft Azure, Google SSO, and an API for custom integrations. CRM integrations, custom branding, and analytics and reporting are included. Loopio supports SAML 2.0 and Google authentication, including Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft Azure, and ADFS connections. It states that it undergoes annual SOC 2 Type II audits, encrypts data with TLS v1.2 and AES256, hosts data on AWS, and meets GDPR and CCPA standards. Foundations includes 10 seats; higher plans add review, language, confidentiality, business-unit, sandbox, theme, seat, and support options.
RFP Response Builder
RFP Response Builder is Office-integrated software for creating RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work, with support for contracts and sales letters. Built into Microsoft Word and Excel, it includes a searchable content library for inserting reusable material and editing library entries. Teams can assign RFP sections with due dates, receive email notifications, follow tasks on a dashboard, and work with auto-saved updates. Its Content Outline divides large RFPs into sub-documents and assembles them into a final response. Project files can be stored on a network drive, in SharePoint, or in CorsPro-hosted cloud storage. Locally stored content remains available offline while desktop data synchronizes with the cloud. DocuSign integration lets users send Word, Excel, and PDF documents for e-signature. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card, but requires desktop installation on Windows—or a Mac running Windows through Parallels or Boot Camp—and Microsoft Office for Windows. The Business plan costs $39 a month per user, with a five-user minimum; integration services are not included.
