Loox is a Shopify app for collecting and displaying product reviews and visual user-generated content. It automates email review requests, with delivery-based timing, and accepts photo and video reviews through links and QR codes. Storefronts can use more than 15 customizable, mobile-optimized widgets, including galleries, carousels, pop-ups, and rating displays. AI features sort reviews, surface highlights and stories, create summaries and translations, suggest replies, and generate image alt text. Referral prompts can appear on-site, after purchase, or after a review submission. Listed integrations include TikTok Shop, Shop, Meta Shops, Google Shopping, Shopify Flow, Omnisend, and Klaviyo. An API and webhooks support programmatic access to review data, custom widgets, integrations, and workflows.
