In their own words
LumApps
LumApps is an employee hub for connecting people, workplace tools, AI agents, and company knowledge. It lets internal communications, HR, IT, and frontline operations teams create, target, and deliver updates across desktop and mobile. No-code workflows, digital forms, and task management support daily operations, while onboarding journeys, microlearning, recognition, and HR self-service address employee needs. Enterprise Search provides AI-powered search for company information and answers. Its native mobile app combines communications, tasks, learning, checklists, and workflows for desk, frontline, and field teams; a qualifying company subscription and valid login are required. LumApps says it integrates with more than 100 business tools, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Workday, and offers connectors plus a no-code Micro-App builder. Administrators can configure role, location, and department permissions with SSO options. The service runs on Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure with a stated 99.97% SLA-backed uptime. Pricing is on request.
OrgNice
OrgNice turns a Google Sheet into a live staff directory and org chart, reading the sheet when someone views them. The web directory supports search by any field, card or table layouts, and profiles in a side panel or on separate pages. Org charts can be coloured by department or location, while data validation flags gaps and loops in reporting lines and repairs common ones. Map View uses location columns and supports up to five named views per project. Charts can be exported as PNG, SVG or PDF. OrgNice connects to Google Sheets and can be embedded in Google Sites, Confluence or WordPress; profile links can unfurl with a name and photo in Slack or email. Google OAuth 2.0 grants read-only access to the connected sheet. OrgNice says it does not store sheet contents, while account and project configuration data are stored on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. A free plan and seven-day trial are listed; paid plans start at $20/mo with annual billing.
