It supports campaign planning, content calendars, creative proofing, resource planning, approval workflows, and limited guest access. Lytho DAM maintains approved assets with version control and metadata, while an audit trail records changes, approvals, and decisions. AI Teammates check content against brand, legal, and regulatory requirements and surface issues early. The platform runs on the web and provides an API plus a Chrome extension that reviews content in web-based tools, including published material. Integrations include Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Slack, Canva, WordPress, Drupal, Jira, and Zapier. Secure Review Submission uses a PIN to verify identity at final approval. Lytho says Workflow is designed for FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements when paired with customer SOPs, processes, and policies. Pricing is a custom quote based on organization needs, team size, and configuration.
