Magnar Performance
Magnar Performance brings goal tracking, appraisals, feedback, and employee development into one performance management product. Goals can use OKRs or KPIs and cascade from organizational plans to individual employees, with progress visible in real time. Quarterly or annual appraisal cycles can use configurable rating scales and self-assessment forms. Multi-respondent questionnaires gather input from peers, managers, and direct reports, while a calibration matrix is used to keep ratings consistent across teams.
Development and succession tools include a competency framework builder, Performance Improvement Plans, succession planning, and a 9-box talent matrix. The platform connects across Magnar HR modules and offers REST APIs, webhooks, and ERP connectors including SAP, Oracle, and Odoo. It is available on Android, iOS, and web. Magnar says customers can deploy in public cloud or on-premise/private cloud, and that its platform supports organizations from 50 to 50,000 or more employees.
