In their own words

Maintenance Care

Maintenance Care is a computerized maintenance management system for managing work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, parts, and facility operations. Teams can create, assign, prioritize, and track work orders, with email or text notifications. Recurring work can be scheduled and assigned, and service records and documents can be organized alongside upcoming maintenance. Asset records can include make, model, serial number, location, warranties, maintenance history, and repair costs. Customizable dashboards and reports cover maintenance activity, asset expenses, and history, with data exports available. The product runs on the web, Android, and iOS, through the iMCare app and mobile-browser access. Its free plan includes two users, three preventive maintenance items, five assets, and three vendors. The Maintenance Care plan is $250 a month, billed based on yearly pricing, and lists unlimited users, work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, vendors, and parts inventory. The company says support is included in membership and offers onboarding and training. Founded in 2003, Maintenance Care is headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, and Davenport, Florida, USA.

openMAINT

openMAINT is a web-based CMMS for managing buildings, sites, plants, technical devices, mobile assets and related logistics, economic and maintenance activities. Its Facility Management functions cover preventive and corrective maintenance for sites and registered assets. An inventory module records real estate, plants and components, including their status and technical characteristics. Assets can be georeferenced on territorial maps, displayed in 2D GIS layouts using DWG imports, and represented in 3D BIM models synchronized through IFC files. Users can configure data schemes, object types, attributes, workflows, reports, filters and views. The software supports web service interoperability, external-system connectors, CSV import and export, and CMIS-compatible document management. It runs on a web server and is accessed through a browser; stated server platforms include Linux, OSX and Windows. Requirements include PostgreSQL 17.x, Apache Tomcat 10 and Java 17; PostGIS and Docker are optional. The AGPL license permits use, distribution and editing. A free Self-Service plan is available, while annual subscriptions include support and mobile access.
