Mango CS manages customer accounts after a sale, covering onboarding, renewals, expansion, and customer health. It shares account records with Mango GTM so pre-sale context can carry into the customer-success handoff. An AE-to-CSM checklist can record discovery notes, technical fit, executive sponsors, pricing terms, and success criteria. Renewal reminders default to 90, 60, 30, and 14 days before contract end, with a configurable cadence. Daily health scores weigh usage, support, sentiment, and contract risk using configurable weights. Expansion candidates can be surfaced from product usage, seat thresholds, champion advocacy, and pricing-page visits from existing customers. Implementation projects track milestones and ownership and connect with Workspaces and Tasks. A read-only AI agent has nine tools for surfacing at-risk accounts, renewal pipeline, expansion candidates, and handoff readiness. Mango CS connects with MangoApps products including Mango Billing, Mango Signal, and Contracts. It requires a license and per-tenant opt-in through the MangoApps account team; pricing is on request.
