MAPCON vs ToolSense

MAPCON is computerized maintenance management software for church work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory and reporting. Its church offering has MAPCON Lite and the more advanced MAPCON Pro. Teams can schedule maintenance weekly, quarterly, annually or seasonally, and use more than 200 standard reports or create custom ones. Licensing is based on concurrent users rather than individual employee seats. MAPCON Mobile supports Apple and Android phones and tablets, including photo attachments to work orders. The software is available as a cloud service or hosted on a customer's servers. Cloud MAPCON Lite costs $35 a month for one concurrent user and 100 assets; cloud MAPCON Professional costs $69 a month for the same listed capacity. On-premise Lite costs $595, paid once, and on-premise Professional costs $1,200, paid once. Lite excludes Advanced Purchasing and Software Interface. A 30-day evaluation provides full feature access, requires no credit card and includes expert support.
