In their own words

Mapistry

Mapistry digitizes environmental compliance workflows for industrial facilities with air, stormwater, wastewater, SPCC and waste requirements. Environmental managers and EHS and operations leaders are among its intended users. Teams can conduct mobile inspections on a tablet or phone, build regulatory maps for SWPPP, hazardous materials, SPCC and emission sources, link maps to inspection forms, and export maps as PDFs. Maple AI can extract information from purchase-record emails, waste-manifest photos, PDF lab reports, sweeper-log scans and welding-log photos. Its REST API connects with hundreds of sensors, data historians and ERP systems, subject to the capabilities of those systems; SAP, Snowflake and AVEVA are named examples. Mapistry says it is SOC 2 Type I certified, stores data using AWS, performs regular backups, and gives customers data ownership and control over access. Essentials costs $10,998 a year, billed annually per location; Advanced costs $18,998 a year, and Enterprise costs $26,998 a year, both billed annually per location. Typical contracts are one year; three- to five-year terms are available at additional discounts.

SpheraCloud Health and Safety Management brings safety data and workflows together, using automation and real-time insights to support organizational safety processes. It centralizes inspection findings, incident and near-miss reports, observations and training records for analysis. The suite covers risk assessment, incident management, management of change, behavior-based safety, actions, training management, contractor safety, analytics, audits and data collection. Workers can submit incident and near-miss reports from mobile, touchscreen or kiosk devices; reporting tools show trends and risks and can produce audit-ready reports. Sphera describes the platform as cloud-based, multitenant SaaS, while also offering cloud, on-premise or hybrid deployment options. The Health & Safety Management plan requires at least one core module and at least 250 named users per module; pricing is available on request. Android, iOS and web are listed. Sphera was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
