ProvenExpert brings customer reviews from online sources into one profile and gives businesses ways to collect and display feedback. Listed sources include Google, Facebook, Amazon, Yelp and more than 460 other online sources. Requests can be sent by email, CSV import, links, social networks, QR codes, NFC or invitation cards. New reviews generate real-time notifications with details. For websites, the service offers responsive rating widgets and review seals; it also includes surveys and an AI review summary. The Free plan displays 10 ProvenExpert reviews, includes five active surveys and supports one profile language. A free, non-binding Premium trial lasts 30 days, after which the account switches to Free. Basic costs $49.99 a month, plus sales tax, and allows 50 displayed reviews, 25 active surveys and two profile languages. Paid plans include platform and other integrations. Plans list SSL encryption and German data protection standards. The service is web-based, and support is available Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm CET through email, social channels or a contact form.
