Replya helps businesses prepare responses to Google reviews by connecting with Google Business Profile, also known as Google Maps, and syncing reviews automatically. It generates suggested replies that users can review, edit, and approve before posting; the service says responses are not automatically published. Tone choices include professional, friendly, and apologetic. The Free plan covers one location, 20 AI-generated responses per month, one response tone, basic analytics, and manual copying. Pro costs $29 a month, supports up to six locations and unlimited AI-generated responses, includes all response tones and a full analytics and insights dashboard, and allows direct posting to Google. Pro includes a 14-day free trial.
