MargBooks is cloud-based billing and accounting software developed by Marg ERP Ltd. for businesses of all sizes. It handles accounting tasks, transaction tracking, cash flow, and inventory control, including location-level stock and tracking by batch, expiry, and serial number. GST tools cover compliant invoices, reporting, GSTR forms, and e-way bills. The mobile app supports barcode billing, branded invoices, sharing by email or WhatsApp, and financial and stock reports. MargBooks is available through web and mobile apps on Android and iOS, with an API for connections such as CRM tools, eCommerce platforms, WhatsApp, and POS. API materials include documentation, technical support, and a sandbox for integration testing. Features also include journal-entry and reconciliation automation, multi-entity support, audit trails, and automatic cloud backup. The paid product has no free plan and offers a 7-day trial. Quipu
Quipu is cloud-based financial management software for self-employed people, companies, and accounting firms in Spain. It creates invoices and quotes, including recurring invoices and VeriFactu-compliant invoicing. An automatic reader processes invoices and receipts, with monthly scan allowances of 30 on Starter, 250 on Solution, and 350 on Premium. Quipu generates tax forms and provides tax forecasts, including Spanish VAT and income tax forms listed in its plan comparison. Premium includes automatic bank reconciliation, remittances, cash-flow dashboards, and unlimited scenarios and forecasts.
