Overview

Clients can book through a therapist’s own URL without downloading an app or setting up an account, which keeps the booking process straightforward for new clients. Therapists can manage intake forms and client records, and export client lists, appointment history and SOAP notes as CSV or PDF. Those exports are useful for keeping a portable copy of practice records.

MassageHub is made by Impact CM Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 07900087. The maker describes the service as built for independent UK massage therapists; its founder is a practising therapeutic massage therapist with more than fifteen years’ experience.

Key features

Booking and records: Online booking, client management, digital intake forms and SOAP notes cover the core workflow of an individual practice. The client-facing booking URL needs neither an app nor an account.
Mobile scheduling: For consecutive appointments, MassageHub calculates driving or walking time using Google Maps. This is a practical distinction for therapists visiting clients, but the feature starts with Solo Pro rather than the free plan.
Payments and reminders: Stripe handles payments, and MassageHub says it does not store card numbers. Email reminders are included with Pro; SMS reminders require Plus, so the tier choice depends on the channel a therapist wants to use.
Client retention: Solo Plus adds gift cards, treatment packages, memberships and a loyalty programme. These tools may help a therapist managing repeat business, but they are unnecessary overhead for someone who only needs scheduling and records.
Connections and privacy: The maker lists Stripe, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar/iCal, Outlook, Google Maps, Twilio and Zapier among its integrations and tools. Its privacy policy says sensitive fields such as calendar URLs and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, and data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Optional AI notes: Solo Plus includes AI-assisted SOAP notes. When a therapist requests help, note text may be sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI; suggestions are reviewed by the therapist before saving. Therapists who prefer not to have note text processed this way can leave the optional assistance unused.

Pricing

MassageHub has a free plan, paid plans from £12/mo and a 30-day trial. Plans are aimed at individual solo therapists and have no usage caps, subject to a fair-use policy that allows review of unusually high activity. They are not positioned for multi-seat practices.

Solo Free — free: Includes an online booking page, client management, SOAP notes, Google Calendar sync, online payments, a client portal and intake forms. It is a substantial starting tier for a therapist who can manage without automated reminders, deposits or travel-time routing.
Solo Pro — 12.00 GBP per month, billed Monthly: Adds email reminders, booking deposits, smart travel-time routing, discount codes, a revenue dashboard, a Trusted Therapists listing and SOAP templates. An annual option is also available. Pro is the sensible step up for mobile therapists or anyone who wants automated email prompts and deposit collection.
Solo Plus — 24.00 GBP per month, billed Monthly: Includes everything in Pro, plus SMS reminders, gift cards, treatment packages, client memberships, a loyalty programme, AI-assisted SOAP notes and events. An annual option is also available. It is best suited to therapists actively using those retention and communication features; otherwise Pro covers more of the day-to-day need.

Support is available at support@massagehub.app, and the maker points users to a help centre with guides and walkthroughs.

Platforms

MassageHub runs on Android, iOS and the web, giving therapists mobile access as well as a browser-based option. Its Google Calendar sync and listed Apple Calendar/iCal and Outlook tools can fit into common calendar setups.

Who it's for

MassageHub is a strong fit for an independent therapist who wants booking, notes, payments and client records in one service, especially if appointments include travel between clients. The free plan can suit a new or low-volume solo practice that does not need automated reminders. A therapist who needs multiple staff accounts should choose a product built for a team instead.

Pros and cons

Pro: Clients can book from a dedicated URL without an app or account, reducing steps between finding a therapist and making an appointment.
Pro: CSV and PDF exports cover client lists, appointment history and SOAP notes, supporting record portability.
Pro: Driving or walking time calculations address a scheduling need specific to therapists making mobile visits.
Con: Plans are intended for solo users, making MassageHub a poor fit for practices that need staff seats.
Con: SMS reminders, packages and memberships sit in the £24.00 GBP per month Plus tier, so therapists needing just one of those may have to pay for other additions they do not use.
