In their own words
MaxContact Auto QA
MaxContact Auto QA applies configurable quality scorecards to contact centre interactions, with AI scoring conversations against criteria and linking each evaluation to transcript evidence. Teams can select which interactions are eligible by campaign, result code, agent, or volume. It analyzes calls, chats, and email, and scorecards can track script adherence, regulatory compliance, data protection requirements, and indicators of vulnerable customers. Critical questions can automatically fail a call regardless of its overall score; sequence-aware checks can verify that required steps happened in order. The product brings coaching opportunities, compliance risks, performance trends, flags, and transcript moments forward for review. It runs on web and via API, integrates with contact centre and CRM platforms, and is offered standalone or as an add-on. Pricing is on request, typically based on conversation volume, with flexible monthly or annual contracts. The FAQ says most deployments take less than a day, with monitoring possible within 24 hours. MaxContact is based in Manchester, United Kingdom, and was founded in 2015.
OttoQA
OttoQA scores contact center interactions against a customer’s existing QA forms and produces evaluations, behavior trends, coaching plans and call summaries. It can use statistically valid call sampling or score every call, and supports voice, chat, email and help desk interactions. The product page says it supports any language and predicts CSAT and NPS for every call based on interaction content, sentiment, intent and behavioral signals. Redo provides AI role-play for new-hire practice, remediation and ongoing skills training.
Setup begins with a customer’s QA forms and includes calibration through a 200-call proof of concept. OttoQA says it does not retain call recordings or raw transcripts on its servers and masks PII/PHI before storage. It states HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance, TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest; SOC 2 is in progress. The web-based service is paid, has no free plan and offers a free trial. One-time setup costs 1000.00 USD. More than 10,000 evaluations per month requires custom pricing.
