Clinicians can assemble care plans from exercises and templates, then assign video activities for patients to use between visits. Patient and family education materials are available in customizable video and print formats designed for different health literacy levels. Continuing education includes accredited on-demand courses, live webinars, mobile learning, and guided specialty programs. The service is intended for rehabilitation teams in hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, and home health agencies. It runs on web, iOS, and Android, with clinician and patient apps, progress tracking, and custom activities. Medbridge says its EMR integrations can support single sign-on, program creation and assignment within an EMR, and access to patient profiles.
