Its EHR includes charting, scheduling, electronic prescribing, electronic labs, and telehealth. Billing tools handle claims, eligibility checks, denial management, payment posting, and patient billing. Patient Experience features can include online scheduling, reminders by text, email, or phone, digital intake forms, secure messaging, and a patient portal. Tebra also offers AI tools for clinical notes, patient calls, billing claim review, and drafting responses to patient reviews. The cloud-based service has a web platform, a desktop Practice Management application, and a mobile app listed for iPhone and iPad; its platform list also includes Android, Windows, and API access. Telehealth is not supported in the mobile app, though users can join video appointments through a mobile browser.
