Its framework supports custom API endpoints, business logic, data models, workflows, automations and third-party integrations. Commerce Modules cover inventory tracking, cart totals, payments and order management; the product also lists product management, multiple sales channels, multi-warehousing, regional settings and an advanced promotion engine. Merchants use a customizable admin dashboard to configure and operate a store. Listed integrations include Stripe and PayPal for payments, ShipStation for fulfillment, Sanity and Strapi for content management, and Algolia and Meilisearch for search. Medusa can be deployed to a hosting provider or run through the maker’s managed Medusa Cloud. Cloud pricing lists a 0.0% GMV platform fee and unlimited orders, products, sales channels, regions and currencies, with usage allowances for search, email and storefront edge requests before usage charges apply. There is no transaction fee, but abandoned cart recovery is not available. The free plan is available; paid plans start at $29 a month.
