In their own words
MeltingSpot
MeltingSpot is an AI Learning Agent embedded in software to train, guide, and support users while they work. It delivers conversations, contextual tooltips, video, documents, and microlearning paths in the workflow, and can surface guidance when it detects difficulty. Teams can import documents, PDFs, or session replays and use AI to create coaching content. Real-time adoption tracking and analytics help identify friction and measure return on investment. Deployment uses a JavaScript snippet or browser extension without backend integration, while a REST API manages members, groups, and lives. Listed compatible tools include Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Oracle, HubSpot, Anaplan, SuccessFactors, Cegid, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Sage. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified, with GDPR-compliant processing and EU data centers. Native SAML/SSO and role-based access control are listed. SaaS starts at €1.50 per active user per month, usage-based, with AI credits included. Users can start free without a credit card until going live; the FAQ refers to a 15-day SaaS trial.
