MemberOrganizer combines member records, communication, enrollment, invoicing, and accounting for clubs and other member-based organizations. Records can include custom fields, groups, and activities, with search to find members. Users can send newsletters, emails, SMS, and letters to everyone or selected groups, using templates and attachments. Online enrollment covers memberships, teams, and events, with optional card or MobilePay payment at registration. Billing supports bulk invoices with individual amounts, automated reminders, card payments, and direct debit. Accounting includes a ledger, chart of accounts, budgets, and annual reports; payments and invoices can flow into the books automatically. Members can update their details, view invoices, and manage activity sign-ups through a portal or mobile app. The service is web-based and requires no software installation; Android and iOS are listed too.
