Mention Me is an AI-powered customer advocacy and referral marketing platform for brands. Its Product Referral feature tracks who shares products, which products they recommend, and whether those shares lead to sales. Name Share lets a customer recommend a brand in conversation, with a friend entering the customer’s name at checkout. Brands can run cohort A/B tests and use Propensity to Refer machine learning to tailor messages and actions to customer segments. The dashboard reports referral revenue and new-customer average order value, alongside advocacy insights and optimisation tips. Integrations and partners include Emarsys, Klaviyo, Attentive, Shopify, Trustpilot, and Feefo; APIs and webhooks can connect other customer platforms. Mention Me says it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR and PECR compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.
