Revelio Labs Compensation Data

Revelio Labs Compensation Data provides external salary benchmarks for organizations assessing pay, attracting talent, and retaining employees. Users can examine hourly wages, base salary, and total compensation by role, company, and geography. Custom benchmarks can account for location, skills, and seniority, with coverage including blue-collar, healthcare, leadership, and executive roles. Market views include competitor salary distributions, employee sentiment on pay, comparisons of base and total compensation, company and location comparisons, and changes over time. Compensation data is available through Revelio Terminal, an API, an S3 bucket, or Snowflake; Terminal users can download insights and custom reports. The Terminal plan costs $1,250 a month with an annual commitment and covers 33.8M companies in 195 countries, with history to 2007. A Terminal free trial requires no credit card or sales call to start, and no charge is automatic when it ends. Revelio Labs says its salary models use diverse public sources, documented methods, and standardized job and skill taxonomies. The company states it is CCPA and GDPR compliant. Data is typically delivered on the 15th of each month for the preceding month, though some postings and sentiment datasets can be delivered daily.
