Mesh Payments
Mesh Payments brings corporate cards, expense management, and travel tools together for global enterprises. Its expense product uses AI-powered automation to manage the process from requests through reconciliation. Travel features include booking, support for multiple agencies, policy enforcement, and real-time duty of care. Mesh offers virtual and physical local-currency Visa cards with card-level policies in 40+ countries. The platform also includes approval workflows, budget controls, bill pay, reimbursements, multi-currency support, and card issuance. Employees can send receipts, request cards, or ask policy questions through an assistant in WhatsApp, Slack, or email. Listed integrations span accounting software, travel management companies, HRIS, and technology apps, including ADP Workforce Now. Access is passwordless, supports SAML identity providers, and requires two-factor authentication. Mesh says customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and public endpoints use TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. The service is available on Android, iOS, and web, with 24/7 human support. Pro is free for up to 3 users; Premium is $13 a month, billed per user, per month. Enterprise pricing is custom.
