Pagefreezer
Pagefreezer is a paid SaaS platform for preserving website, social media, SMS, and corporate chat material in searchable, evidentiary-quality archives. Its website capture records changing and dynamic content, including images, videos, and web-form flows, without installing software. Social capture uses platform APIs to record posts, edits, deletions, comments, reactions, and metadata in real time. Archives provide full-text search, replay in original context, and side-by-side website snapshot comparison. Retention rules are configurable, with exports to PDF, CSV, and eDiscovery-compatible formats. The suite archives Microsoft Teams, Workplace from Meta, Yammer, and Salesforce Chatter, and integrates with GovQA. WebPreserver captures public web and social content as searchable OCR PDFs, MHTML, or WARC files. Access controls include SSO, two-factor authentication, IP allowlisting, and role management. Pricing is by custom quote, based on sites, accounts, storage, and features.
