NETRONIC Visual Advanced Production Scheduler
NETRONIC Visual Advanced Production Scheduler (VAPS) adds visual finite-capacity scheduling to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s standard manufacturing functionality. It lets planners create multiple schedule simulations, compare them with KPIs, and publish a selected schedule. Scheduling can run automatically or use drag and drop, with no resource overbooking. VAPS calculates the earliest material availability date for each production-order line and can be configured to prevent scheduling that conflicts with that date. Planners can define alternative machines and runtime and setup-time factors for routing steps. NETRONIC describes the product for configure-to-order manufacturers, including machine-work and labor-intensive assembly operations. It is available through AppSource for Business Central in Microsoft’s cloud and can be installed locally for Business Central on-premises. NETRONIC says the scheduling logic runs within Business Central and customer data stays there. AppSource downloads provide a 30-day trial; there is no free plan, and pricing is on request. NETRONIC is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, and was founded in 1975.
