In their own words
Mindtalk for Corporates
Mindtalk for Corporates is a workplace program for screening, tracking, supporting, and reporting on mental health risks across employee teams. Its process moves through screening, understanding, support, and reporting. Services include group screening camps and one-on-one clinical sessions, delivered on company campuses, at Cadabams centres in Bangalore and Hyderabad, or fully online. The Cadabams clinical team delivers the service in-house rather than through a third-party network. Employees receive ongoing access from day one, beyond an annual screening camp. Individual clinical information stays between the employee and clinician, while HR receives anonymised aggregate reporting at department level. The offering includes therapy access, live sessions, mindfulness content, and employer reporting, and is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Mindtalk for Corporates is presented by Cadabams Group, Mindtalk’s origin and parent group; Cadabams says it has over three decades of experience treating mental health disorders and provides outpatient consultations, emergency hospitalisation, and rehabilitation. Early partner companies can receive free screening slots. Organisations can request a 15-minute demo by video or at their office; the company says it will reply within one working day. Pricing is on request.
OpenUp
OpenUp provides workplace mental well-being support for employees, managers, family members and organisations. It brings together psychologists, lifestyle experts, financial coaches, nutritionists and medical doctors, alongside group sessions and self-guided learning. Employees covered by an employer partnership can book unlimited sessions without approval, with appointments available within 48 hours; coaching is offered in 45 languages. A roughly 10-minute Vitality Check gives users personalised recommendations and employers anonymised organisational insights. OpenUp says managers and HR cannot see who uses the service or what they discuss. Its AI coach helps users reflect and choose next steps, but does not diagnose or provide clinical advice; a human escalation pathway is available at any time for acute distress signals. The service is available on web, Android and iOS. People without employer access can book a free first session, then buy a three-session card for €249, paid once, with 25-minute online sessions. Employer partnership pricing is on request.
