In their own words

mindzie Desktop Process Mining

mindzie Desktop Process Mining is a Windows application for examining business processes on a computer. It combines local process analysis with BPMN 2.0 modeling, task mining, Data Designer ETL, and AI support. Analysis can run locally without uploading process files to the cloud. Imports include CSV, XES, and MXML, and Data Designer can connect to local databases, clean records, define case IDs, and turn source data into event data. Prebuilt connectors include SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Snowflake. Task mining records application changes, repeated actions, and manual screen steps to examine friction and rework. AI Copilot accepts natural-language questions about process variants, bottlenecks, causes, and improvement opportunities. Desktop projects can be shared with other desktop users or loaded into cloud and enterprise editions. The Free Desktop Edition costs nothing, supports up to 1,000 cases, and includes full functionality. Professional, on-premises, and cloud editions are also listed, without prices.
