In their own words

Mintlify

Mintlify is a documentation and knowledge platform built for developers and AI agents. Its GitHub App deploys documentation when repository changes are pushed, and its API playground can be generated from OpenAPI or AsyncAPI schemas. Mintlify also generates a search MCP server that lets AI clients such as Claude, Cursor, Goose, and ChatGPT search and retrieve site content. Documentation sites can embed Intercom or Front support widgets through the integrations field in docs.json. The collaborative editor is intended for contributors across engineering, product, customer support, marketing, and writing. Starter costs nothing and includes five editor seats, a custom domain, web editor, authentication, MCP server, and API playground. Pro costs $450 a month, billed monthly, and includes unlimited editor seats, 10,000 credits per month, and $0.01 per credit in overages. Mintlify Desktop is in beta for macOS, Windows, and Linux, with stated minimum operating-system requirements. Mintlify says sensitive organizational and user data is encrypted at rest with AES256-GCM and that it responds to support requests within two business days.

Zoho Learn

Zoho Learn combines knowledge management and learning management for organizing information, creating training, and tracking learner performance. Teams can structure policies, SOPs, onboarding documents, and other material in a centralized knowledge base. Its course builder supports text, video, document, block, and SCORM lessons, with quizzes and assignments; course reports cover lessons, learners, quizzes, and assignments. Custom portals let organizations share knowledge and courses with external users. The API supports reading and writing data using GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE, subject to system protections against denial-of-service attacks. Apps for iOS and Android provide access to articles and courses on mobile. Zoho says information is encrypted at rest and in transit, and describes Learn as SOC-certified and GDPR-compliant. The Free plan supports 5 users, 3 spaces, 5 manuals, 5 courses, 1 GB storage, and 2 learning paths. Express and Professional list higher limits, but no prices are provided. The trial information differs: the pricing heading says 7 days, while the FAQ says 30 days with Professional access.
