Mitchell 1 Manager SE is shop management software for independent repair shops serving autos and light-duty trucks. It organizes estimates and invoices, parts catalogs, mobile vehicle inspections, appointments, tasks, and reporting. Job View groups labor and parts into jobs, tracks profitability, and supports job-specific discounts; ProDemand repair information can supply labor and parts details for estimates. The Scheduler handles day, week, month, or custom date ranges, with drag-and-drop appointment and resource assignment. More than 180 reports and dashboards cover measures including revenue, repair order profit, parts ordering, and technician efficiency. The software uses a hybrid-cloud model, storing shop data locally and in the cloud in real time, and Manager SE Connection backs up shop management data to a secure cloud location daily. Optional features include payment processing, digital inspections, and text messaging. Pricing is available on request. Version 9.x requires Windows 10 version 22H2 or higher; Windows 11 64-bit is recommended, and Apple Silicon is not supported.

Workshop Software is cloud-based management software for automotive and mechanical repair workshops. Its dashboard brings job progress, stock, quotes, staff allocation, and invoicing into view. Customers can book through the workshop’s online system, while the mobile app supports bookings, jobs, photos, videos, work hours, and inspections. The pricing note lists service from $149/mo (annual) and a 14-day trial; there is no free plan. Integrated payments are available only in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA. The Workshop API is available on Platinum and can be managed only by admin users.
