Software Unlimited School Accounting System
Software Unlimited School Accounting System provides fund accounting and financial software for K–12 school districts, including tools tailored to state reporting requirements. It can be installed locally or used as a hosted option. Payroll handles tax and deduction calculations, absence tracking, and electronic time-card imports, with more than 80 standard reports. Accounts Payable includes more than 40 standard reports, can generate 1099s and purchase orders, and can import card transactions and invoiced assets. General Ledger integrates activity and GASB 34 funds and supports customizable financial reports and state-specific annual reports. Add-on modules include Human Resources, Negotiations, Accounts Receivable, Web Link, Fixed Asset Inventory, Report Writer, and Census. The vendor lists API integrations with Intellinetics and MyBenefitsChannel, plus export and import connections to time management, education, and school solutions. Licensing includes updates, scheduled training, and customer support at no additional cost, according to the vendor. Pricing is available on request, and a 30-day trial is offered. Hosted setup has specified platform requirements, including no Chromebook support.
