Mopinion collects and analyzes user feedback across websites, apps, and email. Its form builder supports different question types, metrics, styling, and branded assets. Forms can be triggered by events or user behavior and shown on selected pages or at particular points in a user journey. Analytics use AI to categorize and summarize written feedback, visualize data, and identify trends.
