The Property AI creates inspection reports for UK letting agents, property managers, inventory clerks and landlords. Its AI analyzes property photos to identify items, conditions and damage; the company states accuracy of 95% or more. Users can edit, remove or improve generated items, descriptions and damage assessments before producing branded PDF reports with photo references, condition notes and damage mapping. Check-in and check-out reports include timestamped photos and itemized condition notes for deposit adjudication through TDS, DPS and MyDeposits.

The service is available on the web and through Android and iOS apps, which capture photos on-site and sync with a desktop dashboard. Mobile use includes offline mode and photo annotations. Teams can assign properties across branches and track jobs in a portfolio dashboard. Other listed tools include invoicing with payment tracking, online booking, a property, client and tenancy CRM, landlord and tenant portals, calculators and UK tenancy agreement templates.
