In their own words
Musubi
Musubi is a shared calendar that combines calendars, tasks, and people for everyday planning. Events can appear in multiple calendars, with one update reflected wherever they are shown. It connects with Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and compatible CalDAV services including Nextcloud, Fastmail, and Radicale. Synchronization works both ways where provider permissions allow, while read-only calendars remain read-only. Views cover day, week, month, and agenda formats, and personal pages control which calendars and items appear. Tasks sit beside events with status, priority, due dates, and web list or Kanban views. Android and iOS apps provide mobile access; Android adds agenda and month widgets, with reminders scheduled on the device. Musubi is open source under the MIT License and can be self-hosted with Docker Compose v2, a domain, and HTTPS. Hosted Musubi costs nothing during early access. The hosted app and primary database run in Germany.
TimeFinder
TimeFinder is a personal productivity app for time blocking and daily planning. Users drag tasks from lists into time slots in a split view to build a schedule, then can coordinate it with calendar sync. Task labels retain chosen colors, templates save routines for reuse, and rollover moves unfinished tasks into available time slots. Focus sessions are also included. Optional integrations include Google Tasks, Todoist, TickTick, Zapier, and device calendars. An optional AI Assistant can help with scheduling, task organization, and productivity questions; it sends data to an AI provider only after a user enables it and submits a request. TimeFinder is available on web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. The free plan provides core features, and the US App Store lists a Premium Lifetime purchase at $119.99 as a one-time purchase. The US App Store also offers a 7-day trial, with conditions shown before it starts. The maker says users can export data from within the app at any time.
