Zanda
Zanda is a cloud-based practice management system for health practices, bringing administrative tasks into a browser service. It includes appointment scheduling, clinical notes, client management, digital forms, billing, reporting, a client portal, reminders, online payments, waitlists, and recurring appointments. It supports Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Every plan includes AI writing and editing, four AI Scribe appointments per month, and AI Insights across each client’s last three sessions. Zoom-powered telehealth is available; the optional Telehealth Pro add-on provides unlimited calls for $9 a month per practitioner. Zanda lists integrations including Xero, Stripe, Mailchimp, calendar services, Physitrack, Medicare, DVA, and Tyro. The public API is in beta, with read-oriented access to practice data; beta enrolments are closed. The company says data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and accounts can be hosted in Australia, the UK, or the US. Starter costs $19 a month and is limited to one practitioner and 1,000 appointments; a 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
