Its PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine bring operational and booking tools together. The Channel Manager syncs rates, availability, content, messages and restrictions across Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and other channels. The Booking Engine supports direct website bookings with real-time availability, multilingual checkout and secure payments; the site advertises 0% commissions. OctoAgent handles guest messages on WhatsApp, email, OTA channels and phone around the clock, escalating requests with a priority and deadline. Its iOS and Android app covers reservations, calendars, rates, availability, check-in tasks, vouchers and daily operations. Octorate also lists payment processing, cleaning management and dynamic pricing. It provides API documentation and integration resources, and describes payment flows as PCI-DSS compliant, with PSD2/SCA and 3D Secure. The plans include a 14-day trial and no free plan. Pricing is on request; the Basic plan is listed from €8 per room per month, an example price for seven units.
