Tutorbase
Tutorbase is cloud-based software for tutoring businesses and educational organizations. It combines scheduling, lesson management, billing, invoicing, payment tracking, CRM, lead capture, reporting, payroll and multi-location support. Its calendar includes recurring and group lessons, trial lessons, room management, teacher availability and attendance tracking. Billing tools cover automated invoices, packages, prepaid or postpaid billing, flexible pricing, cancellation fees and multiple payment methods. Students can self-book; the service also supports online payments and two-way calendar sync, with WhatsApp and Google Calendar Sync listed as integrations. The Free Core plan has no monthly subscription and includes all features without feature restrictions; invoicing through the system incurs a 1% fee. Payment processing charges for cards and bank transfers come from the payment provider, not Tutorbase. Tutorbase is available on Android, iOS and the web. The company says onboarding includes three weeks of support, data migration, individual calls, staff training and same-day responses. It also describes HTTPS connections using TLS 1.2 or higher, encryption at rest for its primary database, and role-based access controls.
