myInspections
myInspections is a property inspection app for capturing, signing and sharing reports from a phone. It supports room-by-room condition checklists with full-resolution photos, video, notes and maintenance to-dos, and is described as offline-first. Users can mark photos with circles, arrows and drawings; those annotations appear in reports. Users can schedule inspections by property, receive due reminders, assign properties and manage teams through a portfolio dashboard and access levels. Reports and photos can be exported, including raw inspection data. It runs on Android, iOS and web.
