In their own words
myosh
myosh is a configurable workplace health, safety, environment, and quality management platform. Its more than 50 modules cover areas including incident management, safety inspections, corrective actions, safety training, and hazard assessments, and can work together or connect with external software. Integration options include CSV and XML exports, automated FTP/SFTP transfers, REST API, and manual Excel uploads; the maker lists ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics as examples. AI features analyze safety records, assist with form building and custom form actions, and suggest Bowtie control improvements. The Android and iOS companion app captures and updates records, attaches media, and can sync offline changes when connectivity returns. Offline use is limited to supported forms and selected modules, and the app requires an implemented myosh system. The maker says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, its information security system is certified against ISO 27001:2022, and independent CREST-certified providers conduct penetration tests. Classic starts at A$228 a month plus a once-off licensing charge; Classic Plus starts at A$273 a month plus a once-off licensing charge. A 30-day trial is available, but it provides one demo login and resets monthly.
SiteDocs
SiteDocs is safety management software for digital forms, worker compliance, and safety programs. Teams can build forms for toolbox talks, inspections, incident reports, JSAs, and hazard assessments, then track completion in real time by worker, location, or document name. The system helps prime and general contractors check contractor participation and safety compliance. Workers can save forms and safety documents for offline access and upload forms when their device reconnects. Digital signatures receive automatic date and time stamps, and GPS location can be shown for each signature. SiteDocs Analytics provides ready-made or custom dashboards, filtering, and AI-powered suggestions for data and widgets. Listed integrations include Zapier and Dropbox, and a public API is available. SiteDocs says data is encrypted and stored on Microsoft Azure, with security controls audited annually; hosting is offered in the United States, Australia, or Canada. The paid plan is an annual subscription with a custom quote based on company size and needs, and an initial call is required. Existing paper forms cannot be imported as forms and must be built in SiteDocs.
