Rotahr combines restaurant scheduling, clock-ins, food-safety records, reservations, bookkeeping, payroll summaries, stock and recipe costing, guest CRM, training, and equipment servicing in one hospitality operations platform. Managers can publish weekly rotas, manage swaps and time off, and see projected wage costs while scheduling. Its HACCP tools record temperatures, deliveries, cleaning checks, and corrective actions, with PDF export for inspections. Reservations use a floor plan and can create or update guest profiles with visit and spend history. Bookkeeping includes expense tracking, VAT or sales-tax summaries, P&L, and CSV export; the maker says its AI can read receipt details. Square is the only supported POS integration, though a POS connection is not required. Staff can use native iOS and Android apps or a phone browser. Plans include three months free and no card is needed: Starter costs €49/month incl. VAT for up to 15 staff, Pro is €89/month incl. VAT for up to 30, and Enterprise is €215+/month incl. VAT with custom pricing. Rotahr is made in Ireland for hospitality venues including restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, and takeaways.
