Requests can come through a template picker, AI-drafted chat, public intake links, inbound email, resubmission, or linked sub-requests. Approval steps can route to any reviewer, all reviewers, or an M-of-N quorum, across multiple steps. External approvers can decide through single-use email links without an account or seat, with decisions recorded in the audit log. Visual workflows include routing, branching, delays, service-level targets, and webhook steps.
