Nectar Property
Nectar Property provides web software for UK commercial property management, covering service charge, leases, planned maintenance and waste compliance. Its shared platform carries buildings, units, tenants and leases between products under one login. SweetLease is the live product and is aimed at property managers and lease consultants. It analyzes uploaded commercial leases, extracting rents, terms, break rights, obligations and dates while citing the relevant clause and page. Checks cover rent, reviews, breaks, repairs, alienation, service charge and tenure, and uncertain missing information is flagged. Users can ask plain-English questions and receive clause- and page-linked answers. Break windows, review dates, notice periods and reconciliation deadlines can be saved for email reminders or calendar download. The first analysis is free, as is the browser-based break notice calculator without an account. SweetLease costs £9.00 per user per month, billed per user per month, with unlimited leases. ClearCharge, Groundwork and Wasteman are in build.
