In their own words

Neon AI

Neon AI describes private expert AI systems built with local fine-tuned language models, interactive panels, and human participants. Its collaborative architecture lets human specialists and AI subminds converse in real time, with logic that can be audited and traced. BrainForge turns company documents into a knowledge network and lists Drive, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Dropbox, and SharePoint as sources. Supported content formats include PDF, CSV, Markdown, DOCX, and HTML. Neon says deployments can run on premises or in a private cloud, connect to existing CRMs, helpdesks, APIs, chat systems, and databases, and use long-term semantic memory refined through conversations and analytics. Its examples span internal operations and HR, sales and marketing, product and customer service, and clinical work. A Python SDK is free for non-commercial use under 1000 users; it includes Deep Speech for offline use and Google Speech when online. Neon lists Android, Linux, self-hosted, and web platforms, plus voice and generative AI capabilities. Broader pricing is on request. The company says it began in Bellevue, Washington, in 2000 as an internet research lab and software developer under the name NeonGecko.

Radioso

Radioso provides open-source AI agents for support tickets, help-center answers and lead qualification. Agents can use policies and help-center content for routine work such as returns and escalations, call tools, trigger webhooks, run multi-step routines and hand difficult conversations to people with context. Answers can cite uploaded documents and knowledge shared across channels. Assistants are reachable through Slack, an embedded website widget, public chat, REST API, SDK and MCP server; in Slack, users can mention @Radioso or send a direct message. Radioso runs in its cloud or on customer-operated infrastructure using the customer’s model keys. The Open source plan costs nothing, includes all product features and supports self-hosting. Radioso says ingested content, conversations and prompts are not used to train its own models. Radioso Cloud uses Google Cloud Platform in an EU region and PostHog EU Cloud for analytics, while configured AI providers may process prompts and retrieved context primarily in the United States. Security measures listed include encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and least-privilege practices.
