TELUS Cloud Fax

TELUS Cloud Fax is a cloud-based service for organizations that send and receive faxes by email. The Single fax number plan costs $14.95 a month and includes one local or toll-free number and 300 pages per month: 200 inbound and 100 outbound. Setup costs $12.95 one time, and each additional page costs $0.12. To send a fax, users attach a document to an email and enter the recipient's fax number. Incoming faxes arrive as PDF email attachments, and customers can keep existing fax numbers. TELUS says the service works with all email platforms and supports international faxing. Its page names SAP and Salesforce.com as examples of integrations available through a Fax API. TELUS says it uses advanced security technologies, that Canadian-bound faxing keeps customer data in Canada, and that complete audit trails help with data privacy regulations. The service has a 99.5% uptime objective. Platforms listed include web, Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. TELUS describes it as suitable for organizations of all sizes and says it requires no fax machines, fax servers, or dedicated fax lines.
